• Prices are based on 4 people sharing.
• A 5th small adult or child can be accommodated at an additional cost of €10.00 per night
• Any arrival or departure day & holiday duration is acceptable: use the enquiry form to give us details of your requirements.
• We accept £ sterling + Euro’s.
• Currency converted at the rate current at time of payments.
• Deposit of 20% secures the booking.
• Balance payable 8 weeks prior to holiday.
• Refundable security deposit of 150 euros / sterling payable on arrival unless otherwise agreed.
• Cleaning pre your arrival + bed linen, towels, electricity & water are included.
• Check in: after 15:00.
• Check out: 10:00.
• No smoking/vaping inside.
• No pets.
• No parties or events or same sex parties (hen/stag parties).
• No groups of under 25 years of age.
• Long term stays possible.
• No additional guests or visitors unless with prior agreement before you arrive.

Cancellation policy

You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours after your booking is confirmed, provided your stay is at least 60 days away.
Cancel at least four weeks before check-in and receive a 50% refund of the total cost (if you pay the full balance on time).
Holiday insurance is strongly advised.

Complaints Book

We do hold a statutory Complaints Book – though we are pleased to say it gathers dust upon the shelf!

Covid-19 Enhanced Clean

Casa de Olival is committed to Airbnb’s 5-step enhanced cleaning process – a set of standards developed in partnership with experts in dealing with covid-19. There is a minimum of 72 hours between guests – with no same day changeovers during theses difficult times for guests health and safety.
