The house is well equiped, good layout. The pictures are exactly as in reality. The garden is really nice and tasteful : many flowers. The swimming pool was perfect : clear water, without chlorine, and perfect temperature. There is lots close by to do and see as day trips. We enjoyed our day touring the schist villages. Coimbra and Tomar are also close by. There is a log burner in the lounge which was really nice in the evening when it was a little chilly. Tania and Steve were very friendly and helpful and even helped us with places to visit. There is a beautiful swimming pool but it was a bit too cool for use in February.

The central location was ideal for visiting local historic towns like Coimbra and Tomar and some great places to eat locally.
